With deep expertise in financial services and operational scaling, Joshua is highly focused on compliance and building efficient, high-performing teams that deliver quality outcomes and sustainable growth.
Jenny Huang
Jenny Huang is Co-Founder and Sales Director of Finance First Group, with over a decade of experience in the Australian mortgage industry. Starting her career at Westpac, she went on to found Grab Home Loans and co-found Finance First Group.
Jenny leads broker growth and partner development, helping loan specialists scale through structured systems, settlement-driven processes, and hands-on support. She is passionate about building a platform where brokers can grow confidently, profitably, and with long-term clarity.
